Al-Muhandis offers various services in the field of site exploration, foundation and earthworks engineering and material testing for all design and construction phases.

All field and laboratory tests are conducted in accordance with international and national standards. Almuhandis Nizar Kurdi is the first engineering consultancy and office to operate a soil and material laboratory in the Kingdom for more than four decades. Almuhandis performed soil investigations for industrial projects, civil and military based projects for both private and public sectors. Soil and cavity investigation was carried out for many major infrastructure projects like King Fahad Causeway (Bahrain – Saudi Arabia), Jubail Industrial City, Duba port and many highways linking major cities. These include high rise buildings, commercial and residential centres, high voltage transmission lines, power plants, substations, transformers, silos, elevated tanks and many similar projects.
